How to Book

(1) Register each traveler above to indicate your room type, roommate name(s), travel insurance, etc

(2) After the registration form is completed, you will be prompted to make payment for each traveler

(3) Consider purchasing travel insurance online to protect your travel investment up to 3 days before departure.

Travel Insurance

Allianz Global Assistance has 3 travel insurance plans available for purchase anytime online up to 3 days before departure. The insurance protects you before and during your travel for travel delays or medical emergencies. Click here for details. In the event you may need to cancel, you will be refunded what you have paid less the cost of the travel insurance.

Cancel Anytime Insurance provides added protection to cancel for any reason such as "change of mind" which must be purchased BEFORE final payment with your travel consultant. Flights

Each guest is responsible for their own air arrangements. Airport code is PUJ for Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Flying into La Romana, DR is an option as well, LRM. Hotel Check-in is 3PM if you arrive early, you are welcome to enjoy the facility until your room is ready.

Please do not wait last minute to book your flight. Expect to pay $450 - $750 pp depending on your gateway and when you purchase your flight. Be sure to submit your flight information here, so that your airport transfers can be arranged.

Neptune Travel Group can book your air:

1.) if you are ready to pay the full price of the flight at the time quote is given

OR

2.) if there are 10 or more people flying from the same city on the same itinerary, a group flight can be booked. When there have been 10 or more that have made deposits on their room, a group flight will be offered. Group flight bookings require a $100 deposit per person.

Airport Transfers

Airport Transfers are included in the price. Submit your flight information here once you receive it, http://bit.ly/YJFClo.

Transfers mean your transportation from the airport to the hotel and back to the airport.

IMPORTANT: On the the day of travel, if you miss your flight or your flight is delayed, please contact the number indicated on your travel document immediately or call Neptune so that we can let the airport transfer company and hotel aware, 1-855-563-7886.

Important Payment Deadlines

Mar 21st, 2014 - Deposit to secure rate and hotel $150 pp

May 15th, 2014 - 2nd payment to keep booking active $150 pp

Jul 31st, 2014 - Final balance due

• If you missed any deadline pay the $150 deposit pp and continue the payment schedule. After May 15th, the deposit is $300 pp.
• After July 31st, full payment will be required.
• Unpaid balances by August 15th are subject to cancellation & all payments are forfieted.

Terms & Conditions

Payments are non-refundable & non-transferrable. Travel insurance is strongly suggested.

Name changes are allowed, after the final payment date, name change fee starts at $50 per person.

Other changes can be made to your booking such as room category change depending upon availability. After final payment there may be a change fee in addition to the change in price.

The maximum adults in one room is 3.

Rates are subject to change until full deposit is made per person.

Passport books are required for travel.

Final payments must be made by Jul 31, 2014 to avoid cancellation. STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Booking outside of the group is strongly discouraged, especially if you plan to attend the wedding and reception. Neptune Travel is providing a unique inclusive group rate.

No checks will be accepted 30 or less days before departure.

Return check fee is $35.
